Pavilion Rules and Regulations:
1. Your pavilion reservation is subject to all the rules and regulations of our parks.
2. All Town of Camillus parks are “Carry In – Carry Out” for removal of all trash brought by park users. You are responsible for removing any trash accumulated by your group while you are at the Park. We appreciate your help in keeping our parks beautiful and clean.
3. Person listed on the pavilion reservation is legally responsible for any and all actions of group members while they are in the park. This person will be held financially responsible for any and all damage to the Park property caused by a member of his/her group. This person is responsible for his or her group’s adherence to all picnic permit regulations.
4. Payment for your pavilion must be received within two weeks of the date of reservation. Failure to pay will result in the loss of your pavilion rental.
5. Pavilion reservation fees are nonrefundable.
6. Camillus Parks and Recreation is not responsible for inclement weather.
7. Bouncy houses are not permitted in any Town of Camillus Parks.
8. Do not park on the grass.
9. Dogs are not permitted in our parks, except Camillus Park (not in Splash Pad area) and the Erie Canal. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after by their owners.
10. Admission to beach at Veteran’s Memorial Park at Gillie Lake is not included with pavilion rental.
11. No alcohol
12. No generators
13. No amplified sound/loud music
14. Park hours are 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
